These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.viofo.sg and any purchase made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Motorbahn Group Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202119576E), 50 Serangoon North Avenue 4, #03-13, First Centre, Singapore 555856, Singapore ("we", "us"). We are an authorised reseller of VIOFO products in Singapore. "VIOFO" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owner and are used with authorisation.

2. Products, pricing & GST

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We are not GST-registered and accordingly no GST is charged. We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions, images and prices are accurate; where a genuine pricing or description error is found, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch your order (or confirm it is ready for collection). We may decline or cancel an order, including for unavailable stock or pricing errors, and will refund any sum paid.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by our third-party payment providers. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Warranty, returns & consumer rights

Our Warranty, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or other applicable Singapore law.

6. Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the site. All site content is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of data or recorded footage. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to the foregoing, our total liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
