Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive confirmation once your order ships or is ready for collection.

Delivery within Singapore

We deliver Singapore-wide. Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Self-collection & installation

If you select installation, we will contact you to arrange an appointment at our Singapore workshop. Self-collection is available by prior arrangement.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries. Shipping fees and transit times are calculated at checkout. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Risk & damage in transit

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any shortage or transit damage within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
