Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.viofo.sg. It does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 ("CPFTA") and its Lemon Law provisions.

1. Change-of-mind returns

As our products are electronic devices, change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the item is returned within 14 calendar days of delivery and is unused, unactivated and in its original, undamaged, sealed packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts, accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

For hygiene, safety and security reasons, the following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns: products that have been opened, used, installed or activated (including dash cams once powered on or paired); microSD/memory cards; installation or labour services already performed; and any item marked "final sale" or "clearance".

Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping borne by the customer and a reasonable restocking/administrative fee, and exclude original delivery charges.

2. Faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or does not conform to its description, you are protected under the CPFTA / Lemon Law. Within six (6) months of delivery a defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise, and we will repair, replace, or (where these are not possible or reasonable) provide a refund or price reduction, in accordance with the law.

All cameras purchased from us also carry a 2-year warranty backed by VIOFO (see our Warranty page). Memory cards and accessories may carry separate warranty periods.

3. How to make a claim

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item (or confirmation of the fault). Time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exclusions

We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or installation not carried out by us. This policy does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
