What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use
  • Sensor, lens, screen and internal electronics
  • Firmware-related issues (we'll help you update or resolve)

What's not covered

  • Physical, water or accidental damage, and misuse
  • Memory cards and consumable accessories (covered separately where applicable)
  • Products not purchased from VIOFO Singapore (parallel imports)

How to claim

Contact us with your order number and a short description (or video) of the issue. We'll run a quick assessment and arrange a repair or replacement. Most claims are resolved fast because we handle them locally.
