Shipping & Returns

Delivery within Singapore

We ship Singapore-wide. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 2–4 business days. Self-collection and in-store installation are available at our Singapore workshop — just choose installation at checkout and we'll arrange a time.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on destination. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or DOA items

If your camera arrives faulty or develops a fault, you're covered by the 2-year VIOFO warranty. Contact us and we'll guide you through a quick assessment and replacement or repair.
